Know where you stand, and what to do next.

A fixed-scope review by senior engineers, of the system you have, the one you're planning, or both. You get a clear, written picture of where things stand and a step-by-step plan. The plan is yours to keep, whatever you decide next.

Your situation

Every assessment starts where you are.

You rely on software today and want to know how safe, healthy and future-proof it really is.

Security

How well it's protected, where the openings are, and what to close first.

Reliability & backups

What happens when something fails, and whether recovery actually works.

Speed

How fast it is for your customers today, and what will slow it down as you grow.

Software health

How current it is, how easy it is to change, and what needs upgrading.

Hosting & running costs

Where it runs, what that costs, and whether it's the right fit.

Know-how

How much is written down, and how dependent you are on any one person.

You have an idea, a process that has outgrown spreadsheets, or a system to replace, and you want a solid plan before anyone writes code.

Goals & workflow

What the system must do, who uses it, and how work really moves through your business.

Data

What information you have, where it lives, and how it should be organised.

Connections

The software it needs to work with: accounting, payments, email, and more.

Design

Mockups of the key screens, so you can see and click it before it's built.

Plan in layers

A small first version that's useful early, then each next step, in order.

Risks & options

What could go wrong, what to decide early, and the choices that save money.

You have a system today and a plan for what's next, and you want to know whether to build on it, move it, or replace it.

Keep, improve or replace

An honest recommendation for each part. Often the answer isn't a rewrite.

Moving safely

How to get from here to there with the business running the whole time.

Straight answers

Assessment questions.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, agreed after the first call and before we start. It depends on the size of the system, so we don't list one price for everyone.

How long does it take?

It depends on the system and the scope. We agree the timeline up front, and you'll know the date of the walkthrough before we begin.

Do you need access to our systems?

For an existing system, yes: view-only access. We look, we don't change anything, and we're happy to sign a confidentiality agreement first.

Are we committed to anything afterwards?

No. The report and plan are yours to keep and use however you like.

Can you review a system someone else built?

Yes. We look at what's there and what to do next. The goal is a clear path forward, not blame.
